We're Hiring an Administrative Assistant 

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be detail oriented, able to work independently and love to-do lists.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assisting financial advisors and representative in day-to-day duties
  • Handling the processing of new account documents.
  • Providing real-time support for clients and representatives
  • Answer the phone and respond to email is a timely and professional manner
  • Manage both digital and paper files
  • Utilize task management software such as Trello or Asana
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Administrative Assistant Hours and Benefits

  • This job is part-time: 20hrs/ week
  • Work hours are negotiable, but need to be daytime Monday – Thursday
  • About half the hours need to be in the office, the other hours are work from anywhere
  • A commitment to life/ work balance
  • 2 weeks paid vacation; flexibility during the week
  • $20/hour

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to get things done
  • Able to pass background and fingerprint check
